How LinkHonk works

For buyers

• Browse and add

  Filter by category, price and placement type. Add as many placements as you like to one basket.

• Tell us where the link goes

  Each placement belongs to a project, with a destination URL and the anchor text you want.

• Pay once

  One payment covers the whole basket. Each publisher then receives their own order.

• We verify it

  When a publisher submits the live URL, we fetch the page and check the link is really there, with the anchor and attributes we found reported back to you.

• You have 72 hours

  Time to look at the work before the order completes and the publisher becomes eligible for payment.

• Monitored for 30 days

  We keep checking the link and tell you if it is removed or changed.

For publishers

• Add your site

  A domain is all we need to start. We screenshot your homepage automatically, and you can replace that image with your own.

• Set your prices

  You decide what to charge. LinkHonk adds 20% on top for the buyer, so what you set is what you receive.

• Prove you control it

  Add a short code to any page on the site.

• Accept the work you want

  Every order can be declined, at no cost to you.

• Get paid

  After the placement is verified and the buyer's 72-hour review passes.

What we check

Monitoring

Every placement includes 30 days of monitoring. We re-check the page and tell both sides if the link disappears, the anchor changes, the rel changes or the page goes noindex. You can extend monitoring to 12 months for $5 per placement at checkout.
